Survivor Steps
A movement-based programme for women ready to reconnect with their body, confidence, and self-trust after domestic abuse or coercive relationships.
This is not a therapy group - it’s a guided journey of movement, music and empowerment, led by trauma-aware facilitators who get it.
By registering your interest, you’ll be the first to:
Get early access when spaces open
Be invited to free taster sessions
Receive tools that help with real-life moments (like court, flashbacks or overwhelm)
Join a safe, supportive space designed for survivors, by survivors.
Is this for me?
If you’ve ever said:
“I don’t feel like myself anymore”
“My body still feels so tense”
“I want to feel free again”
Then yes - this is for you.
No pressure to join straight away. Registering your interest simply means we’ll keep you in the loop when the next class opens up near you or online.
Move Through This
Move Through This is a brand-new trauma-aware movement class designed for women who want a gentle way to reconnect with their bodies, feel more grounded and feel good in themselves - without the pressure of a traditional gym or dance studio.
Led by our trauma-aware facilitators Tash & Saana, with creative support from Fi, this class blends grounding techniques with expressive choreography, giving you space to move, breathe and rediscover what feels good in your body.
How the class works
Each weekly session is split into two supportive sections
Grounding & Regulation
Gentle movement tools to help you:
regulate your nervous system
release tension
feel more present and in control
build trust in your body at your own pace
This part of class is slow, simple and always trauma-aware - perfect if you’re navigating life after a difficult relationship, overwhelm, emotional burnout or stress.
A movement-based programme for women ready to reconnect with their body, confidence, and self-trust after domestic abuse or coercive relationships.
Dance/ Movement Class
Then we shift into exploring a dance routine together.
The choreography runs in six-week cycles, so there’s no rush to “pick it up”
You’ll learn, experiment, and shape it as a group
It’s about expression, not perfection
No previous dance experience is needed - honest
This is where you get to play, create and connect with others on the same journey.
